Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited high school or have a GED
- Detail oriented
- Communicate professionally while building strong rapport
- Work well in a team environment

- Familiar with rehabilitation programs
- Comfortable facilitating structured educational groups and guiding discussions on substance use, cognitive intervention, anger management, and recovery
- Strong documentation skills to accurately track progress, prepare reports, and maintain organized records
- Solution focused when managing challenging behaviors
- Committed to supporting positive change
