Job Duties

  • Handling all phone calls and visitors in a friendly way, determining which issues require the warden’s immediate attention and routing other matters to the appropriate departments.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between the warden, staff, external law enforcement, various government agencies, and the general public.
  • Managing email correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments, coordinating team calendars, tracking deadlines, and preventing scheduling conflicts.
  • Drafting emails, memos, letters, and formatting presentations.
  • Compiling data and preparing regularly scheduled reports for the warden.
