Tda Auxiliary Water Supply Awss) Backup Debris Management

This is a Firm-Fixed Price Design-Bid-Build construction project for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The requirement is to provide a predesigned mechanical method for dislodging debris from the trash racks at the East Fish Ladder (EFL) Auxiliary Water Supply (AWS) Backup system intake, eliminating the need for operations staff to shut down the AWSB system to allow river currents to clear accumulated debris from the screens.

Project Summary

Amendment 04 (8 August 2026) extends the bid due date to 24 August 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT and updates the following sections:

• Section 01 10 10.00 25: Added paragraph 1.5.2 CHOICE OF IWW PERIOD.
• Section 01 35 27.00 25: Added DIVING technical section, including two attachments:
  • Attachment A11 – The Dalles BRZ Policy
  • Attachment A12 – NWPR 385-1-93 Conduct of a Dive / ROV Operation
• Section 35 01 41.00 99: DEBRIS BRUSH OPERATING MACHINERY.
• Section 40 60 00.00 99: DEBRIS BRUSH OPERATING MACHINERY.

Attachment updates include:

• Replaced Informational_Drawings with Informational Drawings_07-30-26.
• Replaced CUI_DallesAWS_SheetSet_ADVERTISE with CUI_DallesAWS_SheetSet_ADVERTISE_07-30-26.
• Added No_CUI_DallesAWS_SheetSet_ADVERTISE_08-3-26.

Access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) attachments requires following procedures outlined in Amendment 02. Organizations already granted access via Amendment 02 will automatically receive access to these attachments.

• Amendment 03 (31 July 2026):
  • Extended bid due date to 17 August 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT.
  • Amended language in Section 00 73 00 – Supplementary Conditions.
  • Extended Period of Performance to 28 February 2029.
• Amendment 02 (16 July 2026):

  Informational amendment regarding access to CUI_DallesAWS_SheetSet_ADVERTISE. To gain access, verify your organization has a minimum CMMC Level 2 Self-Verification and submit your CMMC Unique Identifier Number and CAGE Code via email to david.m.cook@usace.army.mil and Justin.f.figueredo@usace.army.mil.

• Amendment 01 (9 July 2026):
  • Extended bid due date from 27 July 2026 to 3 August 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT.
  • Scheduled a Site Visit for 21 July 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT at The Dalles Dam. Interested vendors must submit required documents to Ms. Marie A. Adams (marie.a.adams@usace.army.mil) by 15 July 2026 at 11:00 AM PDT.
