Position Summary

The Retail Sale Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining the store’s appearance. This role plays a key part in achieving sales goals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
• Answer questions about merchandise, pricing, and promotions
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, and issue receipts
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Replenish inventory and organize displays as needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention
• Aid with opening and closing duties as required
• Handle customer complaints or direct them to a manager when necessary
• Stay informed on new products, sales, and store promotions
