Taxonomy Analyst Role

We are seeking detail-oriented Taxonomy Analysts to support taxonomy operations by labeling and classifying job and resume data, improving metadata quality, standardizing job titles, mapping occupations, and validating structured data. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate, consistent taxonomy data that supports large-scale AI and search systems while following established labeling guidelines and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills

• 3-5 years of experience
• Professional English communication skills for meetings, written feedback, Slack, and day-to-day collaboration
• Experience with taxonomy, metadata management, or content classification
• Experience with data labeling, annotation, or data validation
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and pattern recognition
• Ability to follow detailed labeling guidelines and exercise sound judgment
• Experience reviewing high-volume datasets
• Experience supporting localization or multilingual content

Nice to Have Skills

• HR/job taxonomy knowledge
• SQL or Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)
