Tax Transaction Advisory Services Manager
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- Intro paragraph: "Your Journey at Crowe Starts Here: At Crowe, you can build a meaningful and rewarding career..." This is about the role/company. Could be "About the role". It's substantive.
- Job Description: "The Manager in Tax Transaction Advisory plays a central role..." That's also description. Could be part of About the role or separate? Probably combine into About the role.
- Key Responsibilities: list of duties. That's Responsibilities.
- Required Qualifications: list. That's Requirements/Qualifications.
- Preferred Qualifications: could be part of Qualifications or separate? Might be Qualifications section includes both required and preferred. But we could have a Qualifications section with required and preferred subpoints? The instruction: use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have separate sections: Requirements (maybe Required Qualifications) and Preferred Qualifications? But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Required and Preferred into Qualifications section with two sublists? But we need headings only for sections; we could have a Qualifications section and inside have two
maybe with headings? But we cannot add extra headings besides . Could we put paragraphs describing required and preferred? Probably better to have two sections: Requirements (for required) and Preferred Qualifications (for preferred). But that may be many sections. However we also have Technical Skills & Core Competencies: that could be Skills.
- Benefits: there is "Our Benefits:" paragraph describing benefits. So Benefits section.
- Pay: there is wage range: $102,500 - $209,400 per year. So Pay section.
- Schedule: hybrid work model description. So Schedule section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove those.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Manager in Tax Transaction Advisory". Not to be used as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present).
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:
About the role

The Manager in Tax Transaction Advisory plays a central role in managing the day-to-day delivery of high-quality transaction-related tax services. This position is responsible for leading engagement workstreams and selected engagements, translating complex tax findings into practical client advice, and supporting the execution of the firm's national Tax Transaction Advisory strategy. The role requires strong technical judgment, disciplined project management, effective client service, and a commitment to developing team members.
Responsibilities
- Manages multiple concurrent transaction engagement workstreams, planning and coordinating tax due diligence, structuring, and advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings undertaken by private equity sponsors and corporate acquirers
- Identifies, evaluates, and communicates tax exposures and planning opportunities, develops tax-efficient transaction alternatives, and escalates significant technical or risk matters to senior engagement leaders
- Reviews tax returns, workpapers, data-room materials, transaction documentation, and team analyses; synthesizes findings and ensures conclusions are supported, accurate, and relevant to the transaction
- Prepares and reviews client-ready diligence reports, technical memoranda, structuring analyses, and other engagement deliverables, including comments on tax provisions in merger and purchase agreements
- Reviews tax-related assumptions and calculations within client financial models and leads quantitative and qualitative assessments of tax impacts on projected transaction outcomes
- Manages day-to-day engagement economics and administration, including work plans, scope, budgets, timelines, billing support, and adherence to quality and risk management standards
- Coordinates with professionals across domestic and international offices and other service lines to integrate specialist findings and deliver cohesive client solutions
- Develops and maintains effective client relationships by leading routine status and diligence calls, presenting findings, managing expectations, and responding promptly to client needs
- Supports proposals, pursuit activities, market initiatives, and the expansion of services with new and existing clients while coaching and developing staff and senior team members
- Performs additional responsibilities as business needs require
Leadership & Supervision
Provides day-to-day supervision to staff and senior team members by allocating work, reviewing deliverables, monitoring progress, delivering timely feedback, and escalating significant performance, technical, or engagement matters
But "Leadership & Supervision" is not in the list of suggested headings but could be considered part of Responsibilities. However we could incorporate into Responsibilities as a bullet. The posting includes a separate paragraph "Leadership & Supervision". It's substantive. Should we create a section? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not limited to. So we can add other headings if needed. But they prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could merge Leadership & Supervision into Responsibilities as a bullet. However it's a distinct paragraph about supervision. Might be better to keep as part of Responsibilities. Let's see: The responsibilities list already includes many items; the leadership & supervision paragraph is about supervising staff. Could be added as a bullet under Responsibilities. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can incorporate it as a bullet. That would keep sections fewer.
Thus we can have Responsibilities section with bullets including that supervision bullet.
Now Required Qualifications: we can call section "Requirements". Or "Qualifications". The instruction list includes Requirements and Qualifications as separate possible headings. We need to decide. The posting has "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Could combine into a single "Qualifications" section with two subheadings? But we cannot add subheadings besides . Could we have two with a preceding indicating required vs preferred? That might be okay. But we need to preserve detail. Could do:
Qualifications
Required:
...
Preferred:
...
But using is okay; not a heading. That preserves info.
Similarly Technical Skills & Core Competencies could be Skills section.
Thus sections:
- About the role (intro + job description)
- Responsibilities (including leadership & supervision bullet)
- Qualifications (required and preferred)
- Skills (Technical Skills & Core Competencies)
- Benefits
- Pay
- Schedule
That's 7 sections.
Now we need to extract the content precisely.
Let's copy the relevant text.

We should remove the label "Job Description:" maybe keep as part of paragraph. It's fine.
Now Responsibilities: list of items from "Key Responsibilities:" plus the Leadership & Supervision paragraph.
Let's extract each bullet:

Leadership & Supervision paragraph: "Provides day-to-day supervision to staff and senior team members by allocating work, reviewing deliverables, monitoring progress, delivering timely feedback, and escalating significant performance, technical, or engagement matters"
We can add that as a bullet.
