We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, duplicate lines, application instructions, EEO, etc. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not invent or summarize away detail. We need to parse the posting. First paragraph: "Your Journey at Crowe Starts Here: ..." This is about the firm, could be "About the role"? Actually it's about Crowe, not the role. Could be considered "About the role" maybe but it's generic firm description. Might be okay to include as "About the role" content. However we need to decide if we include that section. The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. The first paragraph is about Crowe, not the role specifics, but still substantive. Could be considered "About the role". Might be okay. Then "Job Description: The Manager in Tax Transaction Advisory plays a central role..." That's role description. Could be part of About the role or Responsibilities. We'll treat as About the role. Then "Key Responsibilities:" list bullet-like sentences (no actual bullet markers but each sentence separated by spaces). We need to convert to
  • . Must preserve all responsibilities. Then "Leadership & Supervision" appears as a subheading within responsibilities? Actually after responsibilities list there is "Leadership & Supervision Provides day-to-day supervision..." This seems like another responsibility bullet. Could be part of responsibilities. Then "Required Qualifications:" list. Then "Preferred Qualifications:" list. Then "Technical Skills & Core Competencies" list. Then "We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values..." That's maybe part of Requirements? Could be part of Qualifications or maybe separate section "Values". Not in allowed headings. Could be omitted or included under Requirements? Probably we can include under Requirements as a paragraph. Then "In compliance with federal law..." that's boilerplate EEO etc. Must remove. Then "Crowe is not sponsoring for work authorization at this time." That's maybe part of Requirements? Could be included under Requirements as a note. Then "The wage range for this role..." That's Pay info. Must include Pay section with the range. Then "This role follows a hybrid work model..." That's Schedule info (hybrid/remote). Must include Schedule section. Then "Our Benefits: ..." That's Benefits section. Then "How You Can Grow:" etc. That's maybe Benefits or maybe separate but not in allowed headings. Could be part of Benefits? Might be considered Benefits? Actually it's about career growth, not benefits. Could be omitted or included under Benefits? Probably we can include under Benefits as it's about growth opportunities. But the instruction: only include sections when posting has real specific content for it. The headings allowed: Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put career growth under Benefits? Might be okay but better to keep Benefits as described: "Our Benefits: Your exceptional people experience starts here..." then bullet list? Actually after that there is "Learn more about what working at Crowe can mean for you! How You Can Grow: ..." then "More about Crowe:" etc. That's more boilerplate. We'll extract the Benefits paragraph: "Your exceptional people experience starts here. At Crowe, we know that great people are what makes a great firm. We care about our people and offer employees a comprehensive total rewards package." That's the benefits description. The rest is more fluff. We must not include duplicated lines, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. We must not include application instructions (like "Please visit our webpage..."). We must not include the "More about Crowe:" etc. We must not include the EEO statement. We must not include the "Crowe will consider for employment all qualified applicants..." etc. We must not include the accommodation link. We must not include the "As of July 2026." etc. Now we need to format. We'll produce sections:

    • Reviews tax-related assumptions and calculations within client financial models and leads quantitative and qualitative assessments of tax impacts on projected transaction outcomes
    • Manages day-to-day engagement economics and administration, including work plans, scope, budgets, timelines, billing support, and adherence to quality and risk management standards
    • Coordinates with professionals across domestic and international offices and other service lines to integrate specialist findings and deliver cohesive client solutions
    • Develops and maintains effective client relationships by leading routine status and diligence calls, presenting findings, managing expectations, and responding promptly to client needs
    • Supports proposals, pursuit activities, market initiatives, and the expansion of services with new and existing clients while coaching and developing staff and senior team members
    • Performs additional responsibilities as business needs require
    • Provides day-to-day supervision to staff and senior team members by allocating work, reviewing deliverables, monitoring progress, delivering timely feedback, and escalating significant performance, technical, or engagement matters
    Then Required Qualifications:

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field required
    • Active CPA license, U.S.-admitted attorney status, IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), or equivalent professional credential required
    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a professional services, public accounting, corporate tax, or law firm environment
    • At least two (2) years of direct experience in tax transaction advisory services or closely related mergers and acquisitions tax work
    • Demonstrated experience leading engagement workstreams, reviewing the work of others, and managing deliverables within transaction timelines required
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
    Then Preferred Qualifications:

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Advanced degree such as a Juris Doctor (JD), Master of Laws (LLM - Tax), or Master's in Accounting or Taxation preferred
    • Additional relevant certifications or professional designations are a plus
Then Technical Skills & Core Competencies:

    Skills

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent engagement workstreams and coordinate client service teams in a deadline-driven environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex tax concepts into clear, practical conclusions for clients and engagement teams
    • Strong working knowledge across U.S. federal income tax matters and the ability to identify when state, local, or international specialists should be engaged

    • Ability to review transaction agreements, recognize tax controversy and procedural considerations, and apply sound judgment in escalating technical and engagement risks
    • Willingness and ability to travel as business needs dictate
    Then Benefits:

    Benefits

Your exceptional people experience starts here. At Crowe, we know that great people are what makes a great firm. We care about our people and offer employees a comprehensive total rewards package.

    Then Pay:

    Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500.00 - $209,400.00 per year.

We could also include the note about wage range factors etc but that's boilerplate; we should keep only the range. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The wage range description includes factors etc. That's substantive? It's more explanation but not the actual range. Might be considered substantive but it's generic. The instruction says: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. The posting states the range and also says "The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors..." That's not filler; it's explanation. Should we include that? Probably yes, to preserve all substantive info. But we must avoid boilerplate like "In compliance with federal law". The wage range explanation is not boilerplate; it's specific to compensation decision. So we could include a paragraph after the range explaining factors. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine into Pay section with both sentences. Thus Pay section:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500.00 - $209,400.00 per year.

    That's all substantive. Schedule:

    Schedule

This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office. Candidates who are not within commuting distance of a Crowe office may be considered for a remote work arrangement, subject to business needs.

    We should also maybe include the note about "We expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values..." That's not in allowed headings;
