Responsibilities
- Review and analyze tax-related documents with guidance from team members
- Create and update spreadsheets for the team
- Assist the team in preparing client deliverables
- Perform preliminary tax calculations and conduct initial research on assignments
- Aid in gathering information for tax returns and tracking progress to completion
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of recent prior work experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access; strong computer skills with knowledge of tax research tools and software
- Ability to interact with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication, administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Pay
California Salary Range: $57,200 – $112,700. Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors including applicant’s skills, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and market considerations.
