About the role
The Tax Manager - Private Client Services (PCS) position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team providing tax services to high-net-worth individuals and families. This role is part of a dynamic team in the Private Client Services department within the Tax division.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for high-net-worth clients
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients and their advisors
- Manage a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
- Stay current with tax laws and regulations affecting private client services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new tax strategies and solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in tax services, preferably in a private client setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families
- Knowledge of estate and gift tax laws
- Experience with tax software and tools
- Ability to build strong client relationships
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Schedule
This role is hybrid, combining remote and in-office work. Remote work is expected 2-3 days per week.
