Position Overview This role is designed for a high-performing Tax Supervisor who is ready to take on increased responsibility in both client service and internal leadership. Primary Responsibilities Oversee execution of tax engagements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and deadlinesManage project timelines, staffing, and workflow across multiple client accountsAct as a key point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationshipsReview tax returns and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completenessPerform in-depth tax research and provide recommendations on complex issuesCommunicate effectively with both clients and internal team members regarding progress and deliverablesMentor and guide junior staff, including reviewing work and providing developmental feedbackStay informed on current tax laws and industry trendsManage a portfolio of clients, including budgeting, realization, and performance metricsAssist with advisory services and firm-driven initiatives when needed Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related disciplineActive CPA license requiredMinimum of 6+ years of experience in a public accounting environmentProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailExperience working with common tax and accounting software platforms
