BPM is committed to fostering a community where innovation thrives alongside compassion and excellence. As a Tax Supervisor in Flowthrough, you'll play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate the complexities of partnership, LLC, and S corporation taxation.
Responsibilities
- Tax Compliance & Consulting
- Provide tax compliance and consulting services for flow-through entities (partnerships, LLCs, S corporations).
- Work with clients to minimize federal, state, and local tax liabilities.
- Oversee complex tax research projects and deliver innovative tax planning strategies.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary client contact for all tax matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Engagement Management
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Review work prepared by tax seniors and associates, providing feedback and guidance.
- Lead teams and mentor junior team members.
- Leadership & Mentorship
- Foster a collaborative team environment and support professional development initiatives.
- Promote sustainable workplace practices by supporting remote-first operations, minimizing paper use, and aligning with BPM’s values.
Qualifications
- Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA license (or in progress) or EA certification required.
- Experience
- Minimum of 3–5 years in public accounting with a focus on flow-through taxation.
- Prior experience from Big 4 or large regional firms is a plus.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of partnership and S corporation taxation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and delegate effectively.
- Proficiency in tax research and planning strategies.

Pay
$95,000 - $115,000 annually
