Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the work of tax preparers
- Represent clients before taxing authorities
- Handle tax returns of increasing complexity, scope, and research
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in public accounting, demonstrating a proven progression in tax return complexity, scope, and research
- Generalist return experience
- 2+ years of experience representing clients before taxing authorities
- 1+ year of experience supervising and directing the work of tax preparers
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; master’s degree in taxation preferred
- Open to hybrid work in either San Jose or San Francisco
Pay
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
