We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. No job title heading. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate, EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Key sections: - About the role: description of firm, role, hybrid, team, etc. Could be "About the role" includes overview of firm, location, hybrid, team, etc. - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements: maybe "The Successful Candidate Will Have" list. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements? Could combine? But we need separate sections only if content exists. The posting includes "Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting", "On track to complete 150 credit hours (May 2027– September 2028) for CPA eligibility", "Minimum 3.2 GPA in both your major and overall", "Must have successfully completed Intermediate Accounting with a grade of B or higher", "Leadership experience in student groups, activities, or team projects", "Exhibit excellent communication skills and demonstrate sharp critical thinking", "Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and embracing change", "Must have advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and eager to learn new technologies", "Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident". That's qualifications/requirements. - Skills: maybe "advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and eager to learn new technologies" could be skills. Also "excellent communication skills", "sharp critical thinking". Could be separate. - Benefits: The posting mentions "Performance Coach", "CR Friend", "modern office environment", "amenities and collaborative spaces", "hybrid", "in-person collaboration 3 days a week". Also "Why CohnReznick?" includes growth, mentorship. Could be benefits. - Pay: Not mentioned. So omit Pay section. - Schedule: Not explicitly stated besides hybrid and average 3 days a week. Could be schedule info: "hybrid, expected to be in office average 3 days a week". That's schedule. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Remove those paragraphs. We must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include details about firm description, hybrid, team, industries, office, performance coach, CR friend, why CohnReznick, responsibilities list, qualifications list, skills maybe, benefits (coach, friend, office, hybrid), schedule. We need to decide which sections to output. Could combine some: About the role could include firm description, hybrid, team, industries, office, performance coach, CR friend, why CohnReznick. Responsibilities separate. Requirements maybe include degree, credit hours, GPA, intermediate accounting, leadership, communication, critical thinking, fast-paced, Excel/PowerPoint, US citizenship. Skills could be Excel, PowerPoint, communication, critical thinking, learning new tech. But we might double count. Better to follow typical sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (education, GPA, coursework, citizenship), Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, communication, critical thinking, learning new tech), Benefits (performance coach, CR friend, office amenities, hybrid), Schedule (hybrid expectation 3 days/week). Qualifications maybe same as Requirements; we could omit Qualifications if we have Requirements covering. But we need to decide. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include any of those that have content. We should not create empty sections. Let's extract content: About the role: - "Are you an Accounting student looking to launch your career with hands-on experience at a top professional services firm? CohnReznick is seeking motivated, high-achieving college students who are passionate about accounting and eager to take on new challenges. If you thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy working with diverse teams, and want to make a real impact, we want you here!" - Description of firm: "CohnReznick helps organizations optimize performance, manage risk, and maximize value through CohnReznick LLP (assurance services) and CohnReznick Advisory LLC (advisory and tax services). Together, the firm provides leaders with deep industry knowledge and relationships, solutions to address clients’ unique business goals and risks, and insight on how emerging market forces can drive opportunity. With offices nationwide, the firm serves organizations around the world as an independent member of Nexia." - Location: "We currently have an exciting career opportunity in our Charlotte, NC office for Summer 2027 (June-August)." - Hybrid: "Most CohnReznick professionals live within commuting distance of an office. This position is considered hybrid, which means team members are expected to be thoughtful and intentional in how they create opportunities for in-person collaboration. While the cadence of in-office presence is determined at the team level, our professionals are encouraged to be in the office/together in person on average 3 days a week." - Team: "Engagement Team: You will work closely on a team made up of other Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners." - Industries: list. - Office: "Enjoy a modern office environment designed for your success—featuring amenities and collaborative spaces where you can connect, learn, and grow alongside fellow interns and professionals." - Performance Coach: description. - CR Friend: description. - Why CohnReznick: paragraph about growth, mentorship. That's a lot; could be About the role. Responsibilities: bullet list: - Work on a variety of client deliverables including preparation of tax returns, individuals, partnerships and corporate tax returns. - Identify potential tax issues and prepare tax adjusting entries and tax trial balances based on audited or client provided trial balances. - Assist the team with daily client workflow. - You’ll also team up with other interns and professionals for hands-on projects, building real-world skills while expanding your professional network and positioning you for success in a competitive industry. Requirements: maybe the list of qualifications: pursuing degree, on track 150 credit hours, min GPA 3.2, completed Intermediate Accounting B+, leadership experience, excellent communication, sharp critical thinking, comfortable fast-paced, advanced skills Excel PowerPoint eager to learn new tech, US citizen/permanent resident. Skills: could be Excel, PowerPoint, communication, critical thinking, learning new tech. But those are already in requirements. Could separate but risk duplication. However instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; not to invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's present in both places? The posting mentions those skills in the "Successful Candidate Will Have" list; we could put them under Requirements. Skills section could be omitted if no distinct skills beyond those. But we could still include Skills with those same items; but that would be duplicating content, which is allowed as long as we preserve all info. However we might be better to not duplicate to keep concise. But we need to follow instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine Requirements and Skills into one Requirements section, or have Requirements and Skills separate if they have distinct content. The posting does not have a separate skills list beyond those. So we can omit Skills section. Benefits: Performance Coach, CR Friend, modern office amenities, hybrid work, maybe also mentorship/growth. So we can include Benefits. Schedule: hybrid expectation average 3 days a week. Pay: none -> omit. Qualifications: we could treat Requirements as qualifications; but we have both headings possible. To avoid thin sections, we can use Requirements only and omit Qualifications. Or we could use Qualifications for degree/GPA/etc and Requirements for responsibilities? But responsibilities already have own heading. Usually Requirements = qualifications. So we can use Requirements for the list, and maybe not have Qualifications. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule. Check if any content left out: The "Why CohnReznick?" paragraph about growth, mentorship could go under Benefits or About the role. We'll put under Benefits. Now craft HTML. We need

for each section heading. Then content: use

for prose,

  • for lists. We must not include any extra markup like or . Just fragment. Let's draft. About the role: combine firm description, location, hybrid, team, industries, office, performance coach, CR friend. Could be multiple paragraphs. We'll write:
