Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • CPA, JD, or similar certification
  • At least two years of progressive experience in a public accounting firm

Responsibilities

  • Perform Tax quality reviews
  • Support the new client and engagement acceptance process
  • Support the development of policies and procedures relating to tax services
  • Develop and present educational materials to Tax personnel on various topics
  • Write technical documents and articles
  • Consult with Tax professionals on professional standards, contracting, and risk management issues
  • Partner with Tax Transformation to drive modernization of the Tax practice including processes, technology, and service delivery
  • Liaise with other practice support areas including Learning, Firmwide Risk, Legal Counsel, and IT

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,400.00 - $145,400.00 per year.

Schedule

This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office. Candidates who are not within commuting distance of a Crowe office may be considered for a remote work arrangement, subject to business needs.
