Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex real estate tax compliance and consulting engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive guidance on tax strategies and industry trends.

Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback.

Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients.

Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and participating in networking and industry events.

Utilize tax technology tools to enhance efficiency and client service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

CPA required; MST or JD/LLM preferred.

10+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting.

Expertise in real estate and partnership taxation.

Proven leadership skills in managing client service teams and multiple projects in a fast-paced and interactive team environment.

Exceptional client service and communication skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.

Qualifications
