Candidates with federal income tax experience in income tax provisions, stock options, start-up costs, research & development credits, and equity funding will thrive. Experience working with technology companies is a plus. Tax Senior Managers are active in the regional business community to generate new business and referrals, so strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and execute complex corporate income tax strategies for partnerships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop holistic tax approaches.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and the regional business community to generate new business and referrals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on federal income tax matters, including provisions, stock options, start-up costs, R&D credits, and equity funding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • CPA or EA license.
  • At least 8 years of experience working with technology companies, including start-ups and mature entities with multi-state and multinational operations.

Pay

Salary range: $144,000 minimum to $229,758 maximum.
