Tax Senior Manager - Asset Management

This position involves providing tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships, primarily for Asset Management clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients
• Oversee teams of tax professionals
• Deliver high-quality tax advice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to leverage industry knowledge and innovative solutions
• Senior Managers additionally handle risk management, financial performance, and business development efforts
• Ensure compliance, provide strategic tax advice, manage client relationships, and contribute to market growth
• Senior Managers also oversee engagement risks, budgets, and identify new opportunities

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of pass-through and partnership tax experience for Managers; eight years for Senior Managers
• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant certifications (CPA, JD/LLM, EA)
• Prior experience managing client engagements and mentoring staff
