About the role
Seeking a Tax Manager or Senior Manager to join a dynamic Business Tax Services team.
Responsibilities
- Providing tax compliance and advisory services for pass-through entities and partnerships across diverse Asset Management clients
- Managing client portfolios of varying sizes and serving as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Leading teams of tax professionals and assistants on client projects
- Delivering high-quality tax advice and ensuring client satisfaction
- Contributing to market activities and business development efforts
Additional for Senior Manager:
- Overseeing engagement risks, budgets, billing, and collections
- Identifying new market opportunities and supporting practice growth
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; CPA, JD/LLM, or EA credentials preferred
- Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams
- For Senior Manager, at least eight years of relevant experience and mentoring skills
