Responsibilities
- Apply tax knowledge to intermediate level flow-through returns and all levels of individual returns
- Review basic tax return engagements
- Analyze business transactions and provide guidance to other staff
- Gather data from various sources and perform tax research
- Resolve open items and issues on assigned engagements
- Manage concurrent assignments and improve individual productivity
- Teach, develop, and oversee staff through engagements
- Provide honest, objective, and constructive feedback to staff
- Collaborate to identify and sell opportunities among existing clients
- Serve as a mentor and role model through active participation in firm committees and events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of recent public accounting experience
- CPA certification or significant progress towards certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time and work management skills
Qualifications
While a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, we consider candidates with relevant experience. CPA certification or significant progress towards certification is highly desirable.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Regular working hours are typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
