Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Senior to join our elite team in the Accounting + Finance industry.

Responsibilities

• Managing and executing tax projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax laws.
• Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns for high net worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
• Advising clients on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize savings.
• Researching and interpreting tax legislation to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Assisting with the preparation of 1120S, real estate tax, gift tax filings, and other related tax documents.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to streamline tax processes and procedures.
• Staying updated with the latest industry trends and changes in tax laws to provide accurate and timely advice to clients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on high net worth individuals, S-Corporations, and Federal & State Tax.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including experience with tax planning and accounting.
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• CPA certification is preferred.
