Tax Senior Associate - Hedge Fund

Role: Senior Associate in Business Tax Services, supporting Tax Managers and Partners in managing client portfolios and engagement planning. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day client management and engagement administrationMonitor engagement progress and communicate updates to managementAudit tax provisions, review working papers, and ensure compliance with firm policiesPerform tax compliance tasks with minimal oversightSupervise associate staff on complex engagements Qualifications & Skills At least three years of recent investment partnership and/or mutual fund tax experience in public accountingBachelor's degree, JD, LL.M., or MST in taxation from an accredited institutionWorking knowledge of U.S. GAAP, partnership tax regulations, and accounting proceduresExceptional review skills for tax returns (1065 and 1120-RIC)Strong communication, analytical, and research abilities Additional Information: The role offers opportunities for professional development, collaboration with industry specialists, and access to innovative tax solutions.
