Position Profile
Weaver is looking for a Tax Senior Associate with Energy experience to join our growing firm!
- Provide federal tax compliance and planning services to Weaver’s Energy clients.
- Assist and mentor less experienced teammates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or CPA candidate
- 2+ years of public accounting experience, industry experience, or a combination of both
- Technical expertise in tax planning and execution for Energy clients
- Experience preparing federal tax returns
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and help develop less experienced staff
