To learn more about Rehmann, visit: https://www.rehmann.com/careers/ Job Description How You'll Make an Impact: Prepare and review a variety of tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, and other business entities.Assist clients with tax planning and compliance needs throughout the year.Research tax matters and develop practical solutions to client questions and challenges.Build strong relationships with clients by delivering responsive, proactive, and personalized service.Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive solutions.Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.Coach and mentor staff associates and interns as they develop their technical and professional skills.Contribute ideas that improve client service, team effectiveness, and firm processes.Support local businesses, organizations, and communities through meaningful client work and community involvement. Your Desired Experiences, Skills & Education 2-6 years of tax experience in public accounting or a related industry roleCPA license preferred or active pursuit of certificationAccounting experience is a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesCommitment to delivering an outstanding client experienceDesire to learn, grow, and continuously improvePassion for helping teammates and clients succeedEntrepreneurial mindset and willingness to bring fresh ideasHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability LI-VK1 We Put People First in all that we do.
