Tax Senior Associate

About the role

CLA is looking to hire a Tax Senior to join our high net worth private client group in our Portland, OR office! As a Tax Senior, you will:

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, trust, gift and related owner pass-through entity engagements
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services
• Work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, regular self-study, and training opportunities
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant experience required
• 1 year experience supervising and reviewing preferred
• Experience with high net worth individuals, trusts and gift reporting preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred
