What You'll Do
As a Real Estate Tax Senior, you’ll play a key role in delivering tax compliance and advisory services to real estate investors and developers. In this role, you’ll:
- Lead the preparation and review of partnership tax returns, analyze complex allocations, and support tax planning initiatives
- Collaborate closely with engagement teams and build strong client relationships
- Take ownership of day-to-day engagement responsibilities, work directly with clients to gather information and address tax matters, and contribute to consulting projects related to real estate tax strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- CPA or qualifications completed to pursue CPA strongly preferred
- 2+ years of progressive experience at a public accounting firm
Growth & Professional Development
- Show initiative in learning new tax concepts and technical areas with minimal guidance
- Continue developing technical knowledge and professional skills through hands-on experience and collaboration with senior team members
