Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of assignments, industries, and roles
• Provide value-added service to clients
• Build relationships with clients, Firm leadership, and peers
• Convey skills, knowledge, and qualifications effectively
• Participate actively in the growth of the local office and Firm overall
• Engage in professional experiences like Business Development and Recruiting

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
• Tax Accountants from large CPA firms with 3+ years of experience, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate
• Strong corporate compliance experience, with partnership experience a plus
• CPA or progression towards CPA, preferred
• Strong computer desktop skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills desirable
• Demonstrated career progression and job stability

Qualifications

• Ability to learn quickly and make an immediate impact
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in professional experiences

Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.)
