Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of assignments across different industries and roles.
- Provide value-added service to clients, ensuring they exceed their expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Firm leadership, and peers.
- Convey skills, knowledge, and qualifications effectively to clients.
- Participate actively in the growth of the local office and the Firm as a whole.
- Engage in professional experiences such as Business Development and Recruiting.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Tax Accountant from large CPA firms, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate.
- Strong corporate compliance experience, with partnership experience being a plus.
- CPA certification or progress towards it.
- Provision experience required for Managers and above, and encouraged for Senior Associate to Associate Manager positions.
- Advanced computer desktop skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.) being desirable.
- Demonstrated career progression and job stability.
