Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of assignments, industries, and roles within the firm.
• Provide value-added service to clients, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, Firm leadership, and peers.
• Convey professional aptitude and qualifications effectively to clients.
• Participate actively in the growth of the local office and the Firm as a whole.
• Engage in professional experiences such as Business Development and Recruiting.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance.
• Tax Accountants from large CPA firms with 3+ years of experience, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate.
• Strong corporate compliance experience, with partnership experience being a plus.
• CPA or progression towards CPA, preferred.
• Provision experience is required for Managers and above, and encouraged for Senior Associate to Associate Manager positions.
• Advanced computer desktop skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.) being desirable.
• Demonstrated career progression and job stability.
