Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of assignments, industries, and roles
• Provide value-added service to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, Firm leadership, and peers
• Convey skills, knowledge, and qualifications effectively to clients
• Participate actively in the growth of the local office and Firm overall
• Engage in professional experiences such as Business Development and Recruiting

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance
• Tax Accountants from large CPA firms with 3+ years of experience, including at least one busy season as a Senior Associate
• Strong corporate compliance experience, with partnership experience a plus
• CPA or progression towards CPA, preferred
• Strong computer desktop skills, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, etc.) desirable
• Demonstrated career progression and job stability

• Ability to learn quickly and make an immediate impact
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in professional experiences

Skills, Knowledge, And Qualifications

• Provision experience is required for Managers and above and encouraged for Senior Associate to Associate Manager
