Tax Resolution Specialist $17 + BONUS OPPS ,HIRING ASAP

We're looking for people to join our Tax Resolution team. In this role, you'll work a 40-hour schedule, take inbound calls to assess callers' tax resolution needs, and qualify them for tax help by following a provided script.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls to survey and qualify callers for tax resolution needs
• Follow provided script during calls
• Be punctual and maintain a professional setup

Requirements

• Two monitors
• Computer and headset
• Excellent internet connection

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred but not required (training provided)

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Pay

Hourly wage with bonus opportunity
