Tax Professional - Seasonal

Role: Tax Associate - TurboTax Store Responsibilities Serve as a community ambassador by representing TurboTax locally, engaging prospects, and leading marketing efforts.Provide comprehensive tax advice and full-service tax return preparation for various tax situations, utilizing TurboTax software and resources.Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building trust, addressing inquiries, and helping clients achieve financial goals.Build long-term client relationships through personalized service both in-person and virtually. Qualifications & Skills Active, unrestricted credentials such as EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with extensive tax prep experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 50+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using professional software.Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and ability to obtain relevant state licenses.Comfortable working onsite at retail locations, with strong communication, customer service, and technology skills.Entrepreneurial, self-driven, with a passion for community engagement and content creation; bilingual skills are a plus.
