About the role

Serve as a community ambassador by representing TurboTax locally, engaging prospects, and leading marketing efforts. Provide comprehensive tax advice and full-service tax return preparation for various tax situations, utilizing TurboTax software and resources. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building trust, addressing inquiries, and helping clients achieve financial goals. Build long-term client relationships through personalized service both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Engage prospects and lead local marketing efforts.
• Provide comprehensive tax advice and full-service tax return preparation for various tax situations using TurboTax software.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building trust and addressing client inquiries.
• Help clients achieve their financial goals through personalized service.
• Build long-term client relationships both in-person and virtually.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted credentials such as EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with extensive tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience filing 50+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using professional software.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and ability to obtain relevant state licenses.
• Comfortable working onsite at retail locations.
• Strong communication, customer service, and technology skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, with a passion for community engagement and content creation.
• Must reside in the U.S. and be willing to work in a retail environment, wearing a uniform.
