About the role

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as trusted advisors in on-site retail locations across the U.S., providing tax preparation, advice, and software support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized tax services for simple to complex situations
• Foster long-term client relationships
• Actively engage with the community to promote TurboTax products and services
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador
• Participate in marketing efforts and create accessible tax content
• Build client base and community presence

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license
• Minimum of 3 years experience filing federal and state returns using professional software
• Comfortable working on-site
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual abilities and experience in holistic tax advisory are a plus
