Tax Professional - Retail

We are seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to serve as trusted advisors in on-site retail locations across the U.S., providing tax preparation, advice, and software support. Key responsibilities include delivering personalized tax services for simple to complex situations, fostering long-term client relationships, and actively engaging with the community to promote TurboTax products and services. As a community ambassador, you will represent TurboTax locally, participate in marketing efforts, and create accessible tax content, building your client base and community presence. Qualifications include an active EA, CPA, or attorney license, with a minimum of 3 years experience filing federal and state returns using professional software. You should be comfortable working on-site and possess strong communication skills. Bilingual abilities and experience in holistic tax advisory are a plus. Ideal attributes involve customer service excellence, entrepreneurial mindset, high empathy, and proficiency with technology. The role requires working in a retail environment and a passion for community engagement.
