• Proven management ability to oversee a distributed team and implement processes.
• Strong work ethic, accountability, problem-solving, and resilience (GRIT).

Additional Details

Salary range of $125,000 - $150,000, with ongoing management training, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and growth.
