About the role
A dynamic and experienced Tax Partner is sought to join our growing Tax team in Atlanta, GA. Reporting to the Director of Tax, this role will lead tax planning and compliance efforts for clients in the manufacturing and distribution sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive tax strategies for manufacturing and distribution companies
- Provide tax advisory services to clients on complex issues related to international taxation, transfer pricing, and tax-efficient business structures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on tax-related initiatives and to provide timely and accurate tax information
- Prepare and review tax returns and reports for clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations affecting manufacturing and distribution industries
- Train and mentor junior staff members on tax principles and practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification required
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in tax consulting or public accounting, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution
- Experience working with multinational corporations and understanding of transfer pricing principles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
Qualifications
- Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop junior staff
- Experience in tax planning and compliance for manufacturing and distribution companies
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations applicable to manufacturing and distribution industries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $150,000 - $200,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
