About the role
A dynamic and experienced Tax Partner is sought to lead the tax strategy and compliance efforts for a major client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership taxation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and managing complex projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies for clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide expert advice on tax planning and compliance issues, including international tax matters.
- Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the firm’s strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with other departments as needed.
- Stay current with changes in tax law and industry trends, and communicate these insights effectively to clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in partnership taxation.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working with complex financial models and data analysis.
- Knowledge of tax treaties and international tax law.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with tax regulations.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $200,000 - $250,000 annually.
