About the role

We have an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Tax Partner to join our growing Tax Practice in Atlanta. This individual will lead a team to deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to middle-market businesses. A strong existing network in Atlanta is preferred. You’ll use your client service team leadership skills, acting as a role model, to provide coaching, mentoring, and training in the development of managers and staff.

To continue our success, we're looking for a partner who will contribute to expanding the practice by using their strong professional network of business contacts and referral sources and by engaging in business development opportunities with other firm leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to middle-market businesses
• Act as a role model, providing coaching, mentoring, and training for managers and staff
• Expand the practice using a strong professional network and engaging in business development opportunities
• Collaborate with other partners and provide guidance to clients as their “trusted advisor”

Requirements

• Active CPA license
• Experience with complex federal taxation across corporate, partnership, and individual structures
• Experience with the Technology sector is preferred
• Exceptional client service skills leading to high-quality execution and delivery of client engagements
• Strong leadership and staff development skills for coaching a client service team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
