As our firm expands, we have an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Tax Partner to join our growing Tax Practice in Austin.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to middle-market businesses, with a primary focus on pass-through entity taxation.
• Use your client service team leadership skills, acting as a role model, to provide coaching, mentoring, and training in the development of managers and staff.
• Contribute to expanding the practice by using your strong professional network of business contacts and referral sources and by engaging in business development opportunities with other firm leaders.

Requirements

• Must have an active CPA license.
• Requires significant expertise with Pass-through entity taxation.
• Professional Services, Industrial Manufacturing, and/or Private Equity clients is a plus.
• Exceptional client service skills leading to the highest quality of execution and delivery of client engagements.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills for coaching a client service team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating with other partners and for providing guidance to clients as their “trusted advisor.”
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
