Tax Partner

Public Accounting firm in the NYC metro seeks a Tax Partner to provide consultation on all tax matters, build client relationships, guide business improvements, mentor staff, and review tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation to clients regarding all tax matters
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Provide direction and recommendations to businesses for improvements
• Mentor staff and continue professional growth in tax specialization
• Review tax returns, make notes, and direct team adjustments

Requirements

• CPA certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s degree beneficial
• 5+ years of related public accounting experience
• Prior management or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to make decisions and work in a fast-paced environment
