Responsibilities

• Elevate the Centri Brand by demonstrating thought leadership and embracing marketing and sales programs.
• Work with the team to manage multiple concurrent engagements within the Tax Advisory practice, providing a full spectrum of corporate tax services, including planning, research, and tax provision implications.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of complex tax concepts to support firm initiatives and development opportunities through internal knowledge sharing and panel discussions.
• Complete tax diligence procedures and collaborate with Centri’s M&A Advisory team on financial due diligence projects.
• Evaluate opportunities for tax software implementation and tax automation efforts.
• Build national relationships to expand the Centri Brand, developing business and revenue for the firm.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• CPA Certification required.
• 12+ years of relative technical experience; professional services experience highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, business development, recruiting, training, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift items up to 30 pounds at times.

This position is exempt as it relates to the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Pay

Salary range: $255,000 - $375,000. Ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
