Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• CPA certification preferred but not required
• 2+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passionate about public accounting and its role in society
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of accounting software and systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
