Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager – Real Estate & Construction

Nashville, TN | Hybrid – 1–2 days in office/week

Pay

• $140,000–$170,000 base salary
• Annual bonus

• 1,300 annual billable hours for Managers
• Capped busy-season hours
• Hybrid schedule – just 1–2 days in the office

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and lead tax engagements across Real Estate, Construction, Private Practice, and Non-Profit organizations
• Provide meaningful client interaction
• Oversee tax engagements and review returns
• Provide tax planning and consulting
• Work closely with staff and leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or EA
• Typically 7+ years of public accounting experience
• Tax experience with Real Estate, Construction, or closely held businesses preferred
• Strong client communication and relationship-management skills
• Stable career history and a desire to build a long-term home with a firm
