Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years (Manager) or eight years (Senior Manager) of recent public accounting experience in partnership tax within real estate and private equity funds
• Bachelor's degree
• CPA/EA/JD/LLM credentials
• Strong technical expertise in partnership and REIT taxation, compliance, and transaction planning
• Excellent communication, project management, and client service skills
