Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex real estate tax compliance and consulting engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive guidance on tax strategies and industry trends.
- Oversee and review tax returns, depreciation schedules.
- Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate across service lines to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and participating in networking and industry events.
- Utilize tax technology tools to enhance efficiency and client service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- CPA or JD/LLM required.
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience, including public accounting.
- Expertise in real estate and partnership taxation.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.

Pay
- The estimated base pay range for this role is $122,000-$165,000.
- The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
