About the role
The Tax Manager - Private Client Services (PCS) position offers an opportunity to lead a team providing tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and families. This role is part of a dynamic team in the Private Client Services department within the Tax division.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for high-net-worth clients.
- Provide strategic tax planning advice to clients to optimize their tax positions.
- Manage a team of tax professionals, ensuring quality control and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations impacting private client services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax consulting or private client services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, and wealth management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
