Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse clients, acting as the primary contact and building strong client relationships.
• Oversee project risk, financial performance, billing, collections, and budgets, ensuring high-quality tax service delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• At least five years of pass-through and partnership tax experience.
• A bachelor's degree.
• A relevant professional license such as CPA, EA, or JD/LLM.
• Prior experience managing multiple client engagements.
• Excellent communication skills.
