Tax Manager - Business Tax Services

About the role

The Tax Manager will provide tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities and partnerships, primarily within Asset Management clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, act as the main contact, and build client relationships.
• Lead and oversee multidisciplinary teams on client projects, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Supervise risk, financial performance, billing, collections, and project budgets.
• Provide expert tax advice and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Participate in market and business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years of recent pass-through and partnership tax experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed CPA, EA, or JD/LLM; candidates without these have a one-year window to obtain credentials.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating complex tax concepts.
