Tax Manager

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site position overseeing tax planning, preparation, and compliance for individual and business clients.

Responsibilities

• Review complex tax returns and supervise staff preparers.
• Resolve tax issues and provide proactive tax strategies to support client goals.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping and CFO strategy teams to deliver cohesive financial solutions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure adherence to all tax laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong skills in tax planning, strategy, compliance, and preparation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of tax law and concepts for both individuals and businesses.
• CPA designation or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is strongly preferred.
• Progressive tax experience in public accounting, including supervisory experience.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
