Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teams of staff and seniors; provide feedback, coaching, and development support
- Demonstrate technical expertise in federal, state, and local tax compliance and planning
- Deliver strategic tax planning solutions that align with clients' broader business goals
- Review complex tax returns to ensure quality and accuracy prior to submission
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through responsive, consultative service
- Support the professional development of junior team members through mentoring and guidance
- Manage multiple engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling additional services
- Represent the firm at networking events and in the broader business community
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (required)
- Active CPA or EA license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and planning
- Prior experience in a public accounting environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to work additional hours during peak seasons

$110,000 - $130,000 per year
