Responsibilities
- Lead complex tax engagements from planning through delivery
- Review tax returns, tax research, and consulting projects
- Help clients develop proactive tax strategies and minimize tax exposure
- Serve as a primary advisor and relationship manager for clients
- Coach, mentor, and develop tax professionals
- Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and timelines
- Identify opportunities to bring additional value to clients and strengthen relationships
Requirements
- CPA, EA, CA, or similar professional designation
- Public accounting tax experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- Strong technical tax, research, and planning expertise
- Experience managing client relationships and complex engagements
- A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional client service
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
