Tax Manager, Ads Tax

Description

Amazon is seeking an International Tax Manager to support the Amazon Advertising business. The International Tax Manager will work collaboratively with the Amazon Advertising business teams to support current and future Amazon Ads product offerings, expansions and restructurings, as well as provide day-to-day support.

Key job responsibilities

• Researching international tax issues – working with outside advisers as necessary – as part of the tax team supporting business initiatives.
• Defining, managing and coordinating tax requirements for existing and new product launches and other initiatives.
• Providing relevant tax guidance and work to build understanding with the business so that adherence is maintained.
• Assess and communicate how existing or future tax laws and regulations will impact the business.
• Assist with managing relationships with outside tax advisors and regulatory authorities on an ongoing basis.

About The Team

The Ads Tax planning team engages regularly with our business partners to find solutions and support the Ads business to grow. We have fun and work collaboratively together, holding one another accountable for maintaining the high standards we set for ourselves as a team.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
• Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, or LL.M. (Taxation)

Pay

Base salary range: $98,900.00 - $172,900.00 USD annually
